6ix Hockey Team Review
The 6ixers headed into this game after a good performance in their last game against the Mavericks. That win gave them confidence as they dominated early in this game. However, they were not able to break the ice as their opponents defended well at the blue line. That did stop the 6ixers from imposing their domination. Flamboyant forward Jacob Strizzi opened the score in the 23rd minute. Alex Assadorian and Luke Richards were also dominant on the ice. The 6ix Hockey team ended the 1st period of the game leading the game 1-0.
In the 2nd period of the game, the 6ixers continued with their tactical discipline and managed to maintain their offensive game. Their transitioning was on the needed level and their goaltending looked solid. Combined with the defensive stability, the 6ixers were looking like they will score more goals. And it did not too long for that as John Franceschetti made it 2-0 in the 9th minute of the 2nd period. And 10 minutes later, Alex Assadorian sealed the win with as he scored the 3rd goal of the game. On the end, it was a routine win for the 6ixers in this game.
Elite Development Red Review
The Elite Development Red team did not have a good start. But their defensive work was solid in the first 5 minutes of the game. Yet that was not enough as the conceded the first goal in the 7th minute of the game.
In the 2nd period of the game, the Elite red was once again facing constant pressure. They had some solid chances to score but were not able to capitalize on their opponents’ mistakes at the back. Therefore, they were punished on two occasions which set a final result of 0-3.
Final Thoughts
All in all, this was another routine win for the 6ixers. They are on a great run and surely there is more to come from this hockey team of talented young players.
